How much does student storage cost?

We have two simple options. Pay As You Go starts from £7.80 per week — you drop your things off at our secure Manchester facility and pay only for the weeks you need. Or choose our All-Inclusive Bundle from £150, which covers up to 12 weeks of storage with collection included. Do you provide free packing boxes?

Yes — unlimited free packing boxes are included with every booking. We will arrange to have them delivered to you ahead of your collection date so you have plenty of time to pack. Just let us know roughly how many you need when you book.

Why are you cheaper than other storage companies?

We are an independently run, privately owned business — we do not have shareholders to answer to or the overheads of a large national chain. That lets us price our services significantly lower than competitors, while still offering a premium, all-inclusive service. We are so confident in our pricing that we back it with a price-beat guarantee: show us any cheaper like-for-like quote in Manchester and we will beat it, no questions asked.

How do I pay?

You can pay online via our secure booking form at the time of booking, or pay over the phone with a debit or credit card by calling 0161 304 5695. We accept all major cards.

Collection & Delivery

Do you collect from my door?

Yes — our All-Inclusive Bundle includes collection anywhere in Greater Manchester, and return delivery is available on request. If you are on our Pay As You Go option and would like collection, just give us a call and we will sort a quote for you. If you move between collection and re-delivery, give us your new address and we will deliver there instead.

Can I change my collection date or the items I am storing?

Yes — just call us on 0161 304 5695 before your collection date and we will update your booking. If the total changes on collection day, simply let our driver know and we will recalculate the price based on what you are actually storing.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure your preferred collection date, especially during busy end-of-term periods in June and July when demand is highest. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute bookings where we can — give us a call and we will do our best.

When will you return my belongings?

Whenever you are ready — there is no fixed end date. Most students return in September when the new academic year begins, but we are completely flexible. Just give us a call or send an email with your preferred delivery date and address, and we will arrange the return. We can deliver to any address in Greater Manchester.

Storage & Security

Is my storage secure?

Yes — your belongings are stored in our purpose-built Greater Manchester facility which is monitored by over 300 CCTV cameras covering every corner of the site. The facility is staffed 7 days a week and all access is controlled and logged.

Can I access my items while they are in storage?

Yes — just give us a call on 0161 304 5695 or send us an email and we will arrange access to your belongings at a time that suits you during our opening hours.

What items are not allowed in storage?

We cannot store anything perishable (food, plants), flammable liquids or gases, animals, illegal items, hazardous materials, or anything with a strong odour. If you are unsure about a specific item, give us a call before your collection date and we can advise you.

Is my storage insured?

We strongly recommend arranging appropriate contents insurance for your belongings while in storage. Some home or student contents insurance policies include off-site storage cover. Please check your policy documents and contact your insurer if you are unsure.

Which universities do you cover?

We serve all students studying across Greater Manchester — including the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Salford, University of Bolton, Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM), and all other colleges, sixth forms, and student halls in Greater Manchester. We also serve international students from these universities who need storage during the summer break.

Do you collect from student halls?

Yes — we collect from all student halls and private accommodation across Greater Manchester. We have collected from hundreds of different halls and properties over the years. Check our individual university pages for specific halls we regularly collect from: University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, and Salford University.

Do you offer storage for international students?

Yes — international students make up a significant portion of our customers. We understand the particular challenge of returning home for the summer while having a full room's worth of belongings to deal with. Our service is designed to be especially helpful in this situation: we collect, store, and return everything so you do not need to worry about shipping costs or finding somewhere to leave your belongings over the summer.
